St. Martin's croissants



The recipe for St. Martin’s croissants.
We know how to bake them!!!!!!!!!
      
                               


CAKE

     1 kg of wheat flour
     6 eggs
     0.5 cube of butter
     2 tablespoons of sugar
     50 g of  yeast
     1 cup of milk

FILLING

     1.5 cups of powdered sugar
     200 g almonds and walnuts
     100 g of white poppy
     sour cream

Disssolve yeast  in a small quantity of milk. Whip eggs and sugar and stir with melted butter. Beating altogether  add portions of sieved flour, milk and yeast previously prepared. Make pastry  until bubbles begin to show up and then leave in a warm place to rise. Almonds, walnuts and poppy brew, grind, grate with sugar and cream until thick paste. When the pastry-dough is ready, roll it out and cut into squares. Put a portion of the prepared mass for each of them, shape croissants and leave in
a warm place to rise. Put into the hot oven and bake at 220-250 degrees until golden brown.
